Barnsley Museums continue their run of showcasing high calibre art with three new exhibitions opening at the Cooper Gallery. On Saturday 15 September ‘Artists and Adventurers: Women Who Dared to Create’ launches at the Cooper Gallery.

Children and community groups in Barnsley will be given the opportunity to learn traditional baking skills this Autumn thanks to lottery funding. Barnsley Museums & Heritage Trust has secured a £10,000 grant for Worsbrough Mill Museum & Country Park via the National Lottery’s Awards for All scheme to deliver the ‘Buns on the Run’ community project.
